Mental Health: Be There to Listen
Did you know that students with positive mental health are more confident, more resilient, better able to learn and be successful, and are more likely to build and maintain healthy relationships?
Understanding and promoting positive mental health is the responsibility of parents, educators, and community partners. At Livingstone Range School Division, we promote positive mental health through caring and compassionate classrooms, character and leadership development, physical activity and nutrition, unique programming, and a supportive group of administrators, staff, and family school liaison counsellors.
Not sure how to talk with your child about mental health? It's as easy as being there to listen. Watch this video together as a way to start a conversation, and talk to your school counsellor for more information.
